Am I Able To Return or Exchange What I Purchase?

Sorry, but since our products are made to order, returns or exchanges are not permitted. We package all of our items with the utmost care, but if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product and we will get a replacement out to you right away!

Are the Mugs Dishwasher Safe/Microwave Safe?

Currently, we offer a wide variety of mugs, some are dishwasher and microwave safe, others are not. With this being said, please be sure to look closely at the individual product description for each mug to find out if it’s dishwasher/microwave safe or not. If you purchase mugs that are not dishwasher safe, then we recommend washing them in warm, soapy water for the best cleaning results.

When Will I Receive My Order?

The processing time is 1-3 business days. This does not include shipping time. In most cases, we’re able to ship purchased items out within 2 business days, but this is not guaranteed. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for USPS priority shipping and 2-5 days for USPS first class shipping.

If you need your product by a certain date, be sure to contact us prior to placing your order to ensure that we can accommodate your order by the specific time frame you have in mind.

Which Side of the Mug Should I Choose for a Personalized or Image Mug?

For right-handed drinkers, choosing the right side of the handle ("Image Right") places the name/image on the opposite side of the mug as you’re taking a drink. If you’re a left-handed drinker, you would see the "Image Right" image as you’re drinking from the mug while holding the mug in your left hand. And finally, if you chose “Image Left” the image will face away from you while drinking. Be sure that when you’re placing an order for your mugs, please select either the right-handed or the left-handed option.

Can I Place Bulk Orders (20+ Items)? If So, Is There A Special Discount Rate?

Yes! There’s currently a 10% discount rate on larger “bulk” orders. Please note that the processing time for these larger orders is between 5-8 business days (not including shipping time). Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for USPS priority shipping.

The process to purchase any of our amazing items for sale only takes two quick steps…

When you find an item in our online store that you want to buy, simply click “Add To Cart” on the item listing page. This will then add it to your online shopping cart.
